Über das Seminar
Training level I imparts the basic technical content, methodological and social knowledge and skills.
Training level II deepens these skills specifically through the processing of comprehensive case studies.
Training level III expands these skills with industry-specific aspects of the BG RCI.
The training takes place in alternation between seminars (attendance phases) and self-study sections. In the self-learning phases, the prospective specialist works on selected topics independently using the documents provided by GOR GmbH. In addition to the theoretical training, an internship is planned in your own company.
goal of the seminar
In addition to imparting the necessary specialist knowledge, the training aims to strengthen personal and social skills, for example through active work in groups, independent presentation of work results, independent use of computer-aided training programs and the implementation of an internship in the company. The safety specialist is thus enabled to advise the company comprehensively and effectively on the implementation of a modern occupational safety system and to professionally fulfill the requirements and tasks set in operational practice within the framework of action given there.
